Val's First Haircut! (part 4)

While we were waiting for Val's turn to get his hair cut he kept running into the photography studio next door. He kept seeing the big ducky(he calls them quack- quacks) in the window that he wanted to play with in a bad way! After the 3rd or 4th time of him running in after the duck the guy that works there gave me a coupon for a free 8x10 that expires tomorrow plus no sitting fee.

I only let them do 2 different poses because I knew if they did more I'd want them all! So we got our free 8x10(the bath tub & ducky) & a sheet of wallets.

Sleep is for the weak!

Yet another night this week I spend awake...Almost once a week Val seems it necessary to be awake at around 3:30 in the morning & not go back to sleep. Me & Fred usually take turns getting up with him & coming downstairs...Except everytime I get up with him & wants to stay up & play, & every time Fred gets up with him he goes back to sleep with him on the couch...

Since the girls don't have school Thorra decided she was going to be little mommy when she got up this morning... She took care of him while I tried to rest on the couch. She changed his diaper, got him juice, took him upstairs to play in her room for a while, then brought him downstairs & scrambled him some eggs for breakfast. Its so nice (sometimes:) having them home from school...she has no idea how much I appreciate her efforts, even though I try to express it....She is such a good big sister!

Home for the week...

So the girls have all next week off...geeze this could have come last week, that way Sunnie wouldn't have missed the 4 days she did from being sick. But at least all the kids are better & maybe we can work on the house...I really hope to finish getting the living room put back together & getting our dining table back.

The Best Valentine EVER

We were outside playing today & Val decided he was going to be the sweetest 15 month old little man there ever was!

Half of the petals are gone & it has a tiny stem but it was the sweetest thing when he brought it too me :)
